TrixConnect lets a support technician you approve see and control this Mac during a remote session. Nothing happens without your explicit approval each time someone connects.
This installer will:
macOS will ask you for two permissions after installation.
For your security, only you can grant these — no installer is allowed to do it
for you.
1. Screen Recording
Lets the technician see this Mac's screen.
Without it, they will see nothing at all.
2. Accessibility
Lets the technician move the mouse and type on this Mac.
Without it, they can look but cannot help.
If you skip these, TrixConnect will still install and run, but remote assistance will not work until they are granted. You can grant them at any time from the TrixConnect menu-bar icon, or in System Settings › Privacy & Security.
You can revoke either permission whenever you like, and quit TrixConnect from its menu-bar icon.
